The Medicinal Avocado

Rich in nutrients, delicious, monounsaturated fat, the good fat the kind that prevents heart disease, and a powerful medicinal addition to anyone's diet.

For me the liking is recent, they never appealed to me, until I came across them in a salad, and now I love them.

Avocado

Avocados are low in carbs and high in fiber, potassium, vitamins B, C, and E. AGAIN rich in monounsaturated fats that make it so very smooth and creamy.

The consumption of avocado has been linked with numerous health benefits and one of them is the reduced risk of cardiovascular disease. Also regulating appetite thus aiding in the feeding of the friendly bacteria in the gut, and reducing the risk of many diseases.

Low in saturated fat, and the fact that it does not contain any cholesterol or sodium, it has been named a super food. CONTAINS MORE potassium than bananas, and reduces symptoms of arthritis and does contain Lutein and Zeaxanthin, both great for eye health and sight.

Again very high in essential vitamins and minerals, including fiber, vitamins K, B5, B6 and C, folate, and potassium and the lipid content that allows your body to absorb nutrients they wouldn't otherwise.

Ringing in as another super food, and something you should consider adding to your diet. Research it a little more, lots of additional information available,  and see how you can fit this into your daily feeding regime. A very simple supplement, and easy to find in any supermarket.
