Can't Sleep Try Natures Own Sleeping Remedy Bananas

DID YOU KNOW bananas are a very good source of vitamin B6 and a good source of manganese, vitamin C, potassium, dietary fiber, potassium, biotin, and copper.

As they are a great source of magnesium and potassium, and which are both natural muscle relaxants they also help to relax over stressed muscles. 

Bananas also contain the amino acids tryptophan which gets converted to serotonin also known as the the hormone that makes us happy and is also known to relax us. You need magnesium to cope with stress, allowing you to relax and fall asleep which gets very depleted under stress. 

I always find a banana works for me just before bed with a small glass of milk and it does not cause weight gain. Great for kids as well. I USE IT on those tossing and turning nights.

I also find when I do not get time to eat a great meal, a banana works wonders to keep my metabolism level.

Every tasty bite is a comfort food that does something natural for your body, and great for everyone and every age.

A good source of potassium, which is an essential mineral for maintaining normal blood pressure and heart function, and lowering blood pressure.

Excellent gastrointestinal aid.

The skins are great for tooth whitening, and peels are also excellent for gardens. Great for pets as well. For a great mask use over ripe bananas, great for your skin.

Bananas work for me on so many levels of my health I would never be without them, do a little research for yourself, can't sleep, give it a try,  on those tossing and turning, stressful sleepless nights. Works for me, may just be a natural solution for you as well.
